At Cityroots Store, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our store email with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us to check availability before sending your item back.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
